How to ask for a commission:
-First, you have to DM me via Deviantart or Instagram.
- The DM must contain the respective form and your
respective responses. (Form down below.)
- I´ll contact you if I see the Form is correct and If what you ask me to draw is acceptable, I´ll also respond to any questions you may have, and finally,
we´ll start the payment process!
What The DM Must Contain:
1. The Set The Customer Choose
1# Headshot Character, 2# Headshot Animal, 3# Full Body Character.2. Emotions, Personality of the Character or Animal, Poses of
the Character, Ideas The Customer has, etc. Any Reference is welcome!2.5. (In the case you choose the Headshot Animal Set for a pet´s portrait, please send some images.)3. Your Paypal Email.4: The Email where I´ll send you the final product!
About the Payment:
Full payment will be made in advance, without exceptions.
About the Commission Process:
- After receiving the payment, I´ll do sketches and send them to you for your approval. (Around 1 to 3 days.)
- After that, I´ll start the final one and send the process to you for your approval (Around 2 to 4 weeks.)
- And After that, I´ll send you via GMAIL the JPEG of your Commission!
FAQS:
Dimensions of the Final Product? - About 4444 px x 4444 px (300 ppp.)
Do you accept other payment methods aside from Paypal? - If you´re from Peru, you can pay with YAPE! (With the current change from USD to SOLES.)
How long do I have to wait for my commission? - Between 2 to 3 weeks. (I´ll be in contact with you if any incident occurs.)
How many changes can I ask you to do: After the sketch, I´ll accept only 3 changes. After that, I´ll charge a bit more.
Do you do refunds? - You´ll only get a full refund if you see the sketches and you decide to not continue with the commission. However, if you agree on continuing it, there won´t be any refund.
Can you do detailed backgrounds? - For the moment, I´m just doing simple backgrounds, with flat colors or geometry patterns.
How can I use the final product? - Just for personal use in any case (it means you can't profit/create merch/earn money with the final product).
These terms may change at any time.
Once you, the customer, have placed your order with me, the illustrator, these clauses and terms will automatically apply to both parties, even if you have not read these terms.
